A year ago in October, Apple began producing the iPhone XR locally in India. Apple has Foxconn, Wistron, and Pegatron as providers for its iPhone models. Reports recommend that Foxconn plans to contribute up to $1 billion to extend its India manufacturing plant where it collects iPhone models. Another report expressed that Pegatron which is the second-biggest iPhone constructing agent after Foxconn in India will make some speculation to set up a neighborhood auxiliary in India later on.
